Quick Vanilla Protein Smoothie Recipe

Ahhhh Monday, we meet again. I’m so thankful that Mondays are my day off because seriously, it doesn’t matter what you do during the weekend, it’s always hard to get up on a Monday morning. I don’t know anyone who enjoys waking up on a Monday, lol. 

So, a while back I posted a yummy protein smoothie recipe on my instagram that I whipped up after a workout one day. Well after that it quickly became one of my almost every day favorites! People always ask me what I put in my smoothies so I figured I would start with this one!

For this recipe you'll need:

Once you've gathered all of your ingredients, put them in your blender and blend until smooth. Pour in your favorite glass and top with whatever you'd like! I used a few organic blueberries and Purely Elizabeth granola!

This smoothie is jam packed with lots of protein, vitamins and super foods to keep you full and energized throughout the day. My favorite time to make this is after a hard morning of fasted cardio!
